The Background

I spent 17 years at LexisNexis in Alpharetta, GA — first as a senior software engineer building Java-based insurance data platforms, then as an engineering lead directing cloud transformation initiatives that processed 100TB+ of data daily on Azure. I led teams of up to 14 engineers, drove a 25% reduction in infrastructure spend through FinOps strategy, and reduced data processing latency by 40% through event-driven architecture.

Before LexisNexis, I built Medicaid web portals, mortgage processing systems, and benefits platforms for Georgia-area clients. My B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering gave me a different lens on software — an instinct for systems, tolerances, and what it actually costs when something fails in the real world.

Why I Started Sainar Ventures

"After 15+ years building software for insurance companies and financial institutions, I kept running into the same frustration: the teams doing the hardest physical work — maintenance technicians on factory floors, foremen on construction sites, field engineers in remote locations — were still solving problems by searching through binders and PDFs. Modern AI could help these teams enormously. But cloud AI doesn't work where there's no internet, and industrial companies aren't about to send their proprietary maintenance data to a third-party server. So I built the thing that should exist."

Other Ventures

Sainar Ventures is also building two sports operations platforms. Monsters Cricket Club started as a tool to manage our own league — roster tracking, live match scoring, player stats, and analytics. It solved a real problem for our team, and we realized the same problem exists for cricket leagues everywhere. We're now expanding it into a full league management platform for cricket organizations worldwide.

Similarly, Monsters Poker League began as a way to run our own sessions — buy-ins, hand recording, and player analytics. The same origin story: we built it because we needed it, and the market needs it too. Both platforms are being developed into customer-facing products for leagues globally.

Chitrakala Arts is a B2C commerce venture — sourcing traditional Indian art directly from artisans and selling to buyers across the United States. Dot Mandala, Lippan, and Textile designs, all handcrafted. This is a real business with real customers, not a side project.

The Company

Sainar Ventures Group

Founded in June 2025 in Cumming, Georgia, Sainar Ventures Group is a diversified holding company with two active business lines: AI Products (Project Helios) and Chitrakala Arts. It operates as a lean, founder-led engineering company — fast-moving, technically deep, and committed to building things that work in the real world.

The name "Sainar" is a portmanteau of Sanjay and Narla — a founder-stamped company that puts the builder's identity behind every product. We believe in building credibility through working software, not slide decks.

Let's Work Together
